The Survivior Support Group - 4pm - 5pm Wednesday - is a comfortable atmosphere to share experiences and an opportunity to focus on our selected topics. Speakers may be brought in to supplement the discussion and learning experience.

The Family/Caregiver Support Group - 4pm - 5pm every Wednesday - offers an opportunity to share the joys and challenges you face everyday.

Each group meets separately.  Doors open at 4:00pm and we hope you will join either support group every Wednesday from 4pm – 5pm and then from 5pm – 6pm join us for a social hour.

There is no charge for either group or social hour, however donations are appreciated

Wednesday Survivor Support Group Topics

Survivor Support Group – Every Wednesday – 4pm to 5pm

The key focus for every meeting is personal expression and mutual through peer-to-peer support.

In addition, every week a topic will be presented for learning and sharing.  The topics for October, November and December are listed below and will be introduced as “tools” for our “community” to place in their own personal development “Tool Box”.

12/03/08- LISTENING to others

12/10/08- First Aid- what to do if a seizure (guest speaker)

12/17/08- Give to your community- create and implement ideas on how to be more proactive in our own community

12/24/08- Christmas Eve

12/31/08- New Years Eve
